Perhaps they’re referring to predictions by Errol they heard or heard of that he expected to die from a worn-out heart? Quoting the Daily News article:

“Errol Flynn died last night of a heart attack an end Flynn himself predicted years ago as he ignored long-standing cardiac trouble to lead a mad-dash life of romance and adventure.”
