Me too, I love it! This is another French film programme dated 4-5-50.

Hi Inga;
Wonderful – do you have the magazine?
Would that be April or May, as different countries put first the month and others first the day. I would like to add it to the picture. It is always very confusing!
When I was a child one teacher once explained it that way – You were born on a day, so the day comes first, then you grew into months, so the month comes second and then you grew into years, so the year comes last. When I was a lot older and traveled through different countries is became clear that this was not the case in other countries.
All the best to you,
Tina

Yes, I do, and I think the French spell their date just like we Austrians and GErmans and the way you explained it, but I was not sure, so I put it as it is written on the programme.

Hm, if we consider my comment above, it should be May 4th? Not?
