Thank you, David for reminding everyone about Rory Flynn’s hosting a night of films “Starring Errol Flynn” which I posted back on 11/29/14 when I first saw it on the TCM website. Boy, that Robert Osbourne sure has a hold on Rory! And she sure looks great for a woman pushing seventy! Of course, Gentlemen Tim, I am not sure which time zone you’re using, but EST-USA time, the program begins at 8:00pm.–A. R.

Here’s the confusion. On the TCM site itself, it says that Gentleman Jim plays at December 9 2:30 AM EST (i.e. Tuesday) (per below link). BUT, when I just went to Tevo it for my Mom, however, the cable channel says it’s playing at 2:30 AM on WEDNESDAY, i.e. December 10!
So, I’ll be ready “tonight” at 12:30, but believe now that the TCM website is likely in error. (This would explain the apparent oddity of beginning with Rory at 12:30 AM!)

I see where my confusion came from, Gentlemen Tim. You listed “Gentlemen Jim” first, when “Objective: Burma” will be leading off the night’s schedule. So you did list the scheduled times correctly, you just listed the films in a different order.
Dave–I do know Ms. Flynn is 67 this year, as she was born in 1947, but when I tried to look up her birthday online, I could find no site that gave her actual birth date. I had to go to one of my copies of one of Flynn’s bios to find the date, March 12, 1947. So much for the internet vs. a well researched book. I am looking forward to seeing Osborne’s talk with Rory.–A. R.
Watching TCM right now to make triple-sure, A.R.. Though their website says Gentleman Jim starts now, at 12:30 AM Tuesday the 9th, in actuality it will play 24-hours later, on Wednesday @ 12:30 AM, the 10th. So, they got the time of day correct, but are listing the wrong day and date.

I will be watching expectantly! As for the comments on Rory’s longevity, She looks great for a woman our age, LOL! She is 1 month older than me and looks great for an older woman, LOL!! Rory is still hanging on to 39! I have a cousin that is in her 70’s also hanging on to 39 and her mother is 101 in May!
Rory still has that statuesque model look! May we all stay forever young!
I think Rory is a hottie and it looks like Robert thinks so too.
