I don't have this one, but why should they wait until 1954? I could imagine it was published right after the film's release?

A very good question! The movie was released on January 28, 1950 therefore filmed in 1949. Maybe there is an article inside the magazine referring to the movie “Amongst Other Things”.
Maybe somebody on this blog can share some light on it?
