    OK Robert I haven't figured out how to post a new topic yet or don't seem to be able to yet, its not enabled or something…so…
    this will be out of context to the topic, but have you ever taken any pics east of Modesto around Sierra Nevada railroad where they filmed part of Dodge City? I guess they went on several locations for that film, including Calabasas, San Francisco, etc. Would love to see some then and now shots! Maybe that's in your forthcoming book?!?!!! Thanks again for your time.

    I have not yet been to Modesto but definitely plan on doing so at some point in the near future. My plan, independent of my general book on “Then & Now” movie locations, is to photo-document all the locations from Flynn's films. That will eventually comprise a book of it's own that I'll probably make available privately, as I doubt very highly there'd be any interest in it on the part of my publishers. The same, I'm sure, will be the case with my “Complete Chronology”.
