I'd like to see that video, but it's for US viewers only. =0

Russ, if you go to the Snagfilms website I think you can view it there? I didn' know there were any viewing restrictions! Seems a huge flaw to me!

In the forties and fifties there was the Falcon Studios run, if I recall correctly, by the famed swordsman Fred Cravens. It was near Western Avenue in Hollywood, on Sunset I think. I went there for lessons twice: once when Michael Pate (Australian actor who did well here for years often playing Indians becausehe was so dark — he played Vittoria in Wayne's Hondo) and I were up to play Flynn in a Warner Bros TV series. I felt it was an omen and I couldn't miss. Pate was a far superior actor than me, but I was EF's same size, knew him, and was not bad at fencing. I also had survived several cuts (as in being chosen over other actors) and knew Pate was not that handsome. Need I say more? Michael got the role because I was too blonde, they said. Blondes may have more fun, but they don't show up as well on screen, especially on TV. All bullshit anyway because I'd already dyed my hair once for them in King Richard and the Crusaders, I think. Anyway, I was crushed. But I at least did get to parry and thrust on film. Sir Ivanho. (PS: If I'm wrong about the studio location, please correct me)
