The photo is not from any particular motion picture, but in fact, is part of a portrait shoot of Flynn on December 18+/- of 1940, numbered EF-384. Another pic from this session (attached) was used for Flynn’s portrait by artist John Decker, and later presented to Flynn in June 20 1943 (attached) for his birthday.
