Thanks for this intriguing death certificate, Bob. Decker must have had a double, or a double life, as he certainly wasn’t born in San Francisco (or California) (or the U.S.), as recorded by this certificate. …Just one of the many misleading mysteries in this highly controversial talent’s resume. Even after death he has managed to shock and confuse, including at his own funeral, at which he recited a speech from “Cyrano de Bergerac.”
