The day Giesler got Cabot. The mobster shyster extraordinaire debonair represented Mrs. Francesca de Scaffa- Cabot in her divorce proceedings. That probably triggered Bruce to sue Errol for failing payments from the unfinished Will Tell movie. De Scaffa’s intimate revelations to Confidential in turn procured Flynn with a big paycheque when he in turn sued the magazine for (true) libel.
