The dates only been moved once though hasnt it? I'm sure it will come out eventually, which is more than I can say for Olivia de Havilland's autobiography – I think this is the 20th year its supposed to be released :P haha, MAYBE ONE DAY!

Hi Sam;
How nice to hear from you again, I missed you and sincerely hope you will be a regular again!
It is a great pity about the Lincoln Hurst's book, ever so sad. I am sure it would have been a wonderful book. I always wonder why they don't publish of what ever he had written? I thought he was close to completion of the book, therefore why not publish what there is? A real mystery!
Now don't get lost again Sam!
