Hi Kathleen;
I just noticed your postings on this tab Family and Friends they are just wonderful. I also noticed that our Blog Members do not look at sub-tabs as I posted a lot of information into so many different tabs and they did not notice them, but such is life – if one is not on front page, one is not on the page – that what they say in the media – ha – ha!
What I wanted to tell you was that I have the book 'My Days With Errol Flynn.'' and I have an autographed copy by Buster and Donalda Wiles to Lois and Jim – who ever they were!
I knew you were the best “Sherlook” that ever was!
Take care!
Hi Tina! Thanks . . . I was trying to keep track of what happened to EF's buddies and co-stars. I'm not done yet. I want to add quotes as I find them. I don't have Buster's book just yet. Too expensive! Thank you Lois and Jim for recycling the book!
Boy Oh Boy – you are great Kathleen – the best!
Hi Tina, yes, you do a fantastic job on your research, so you are the best too! While I was reading the blog it occurred to me that what Kathleen said is true, sometimes these books do get expensive. I happen to own Buster's book and would love to ship it to her, maybe we could start a book club, for those of us Flynn fans that can't get all of the books that we all talk about. Let me know what you think. Take care, Tammy
Hi Tammy;
Thank you for your compliments – you are much to kind.
Your book club – not a bad idea, but how could this work?
You are very welcome! Well, I'm not sure how not sure how to get it started. We would need addresses from those who are wanting certain books and maybe there could be a file started somehow, so fellow bloggers who are seeking certain books could open the file to see who could send them one if someone has it and then of course, mail it back, so it wouldn'n ruin someone's personal library collection, they would simply just lend it out for that person to read. We would need some feed-back from our fellow bloggers and get their oppinion, I guess. Take care for now, Tammy
Hi there. Great offer to share books. I'm not sure I would lend mine though. “Never a lender be”, isn't that the saying? I'm pleased to say that I finally found an affordable copy of Buster's book and in great condition with dust cover and all. Can't wait to start reading . . .thanks again Tammy!
