Tim – thanks so much for posting those links! My favorite -ENJOY WHAT YOU DO. If I pass anything on to my children it is that – you can make all the money in the world but eventually if you grow to hate what you are doing (or outgrow it, get bored with it, etc) if you can move on you should. My screensaver is the famous photo of Errol climbing the mast with a glorious smile on his face -it greets me every morning. I have had many co workers ask me who that is -I forgive them as they are so young- but it screams out I AM HAVING FUN!

That’s fantastic, Maria! You’re so right. And that photo sure does seem to capture Errol at the zenith of his happiness and glory, doesn’t it?!
