I vote yes.

I haven’t seen Too Much Too Soon in a very long time, but I do believe the photo fits. Flynn’s the right age and look, sniffin’ on some Barramorian-type liquor at what appears to be an interpretation of Barrymore’s Medieval-like Belle Vista. The suit of armor may represent the black suit of armor JB famously wore in Richard III (which, after his death, was relocated to Bundy Drive Boys headquarters, where it was said to be haunted.
