20 Sep

Send along by a dear pal in Australia show wishes to share but prefers no name be offered in thanks,  just now … he writes, in part:

Hello David. I just stumbled upon this Q&A  conducted at the TIFF and wondered if you’d seen it. It’s another little piece of color in the fabric of the Flynn story… and a wonderful surprise appears in the audience.

Thank you, David. This was very interesting. I hope we can get to see a clip from the movie itself soon.–A. R.

Excellent. Slowly these elements of credibility will help vindicate the film.

It seems they did their home work and interviewed many people that knew Errol and the times. Not being an astrologist, I understand that we all have a distinct spirit that has nothing to do with the sun moon and stars. Having said that however in the 60 plus years I’ve been here I’ve kept an account in my mind of birth-dates and of course heredity, genes and environments etc. I find it interesting that Errol was on the cusp of air and water and Kevin is the same! Kevin is 6’2″ and has allot of the same features. A perfect casting in my opinion.I will be hunting down that Schlitz commercial. Oh I forgot to mention that it seems Dakota is also air and water! very interesting!

Ah, so good to be back at the EF Blog…I missed being here. Sorry for the long absence, but life happened (as they say). Anyway, thanks David for posting these videos here — I enjoyed watching them! I can’t wait to see Kevin Kline’s performance as Errol in this film…Kevin is one of my fave actors, and I always felt he’d be the right choice to play 1950s Errol. :-)
