I just found out that Lincoln Douglas Hurst, born on May 6, 1946 died on November 11, 2008; now knowing this, I am wondering about his so called forthcoming book advertised by the Internet book sellers i.e. Amazon etc. ""Errol Flynn: The True Adventures of a Real-Life Rogue" - who is the rogue here?
If he died in 2008 how can this book be published in 2010, in particular since I am waiting for my order to be filled since January 2010 with Amazon and have not received any notice that the book will not be forth coming.  On the contrary, I receive notices to the fact "If I wish to remain on the waiting list" and that to this day.
Anybody having any information to this mystery?
