This was a heartbreaker. I finally discovered this spot, only to find the tree gone forever. In fact, it was the only place along four miles of stream that had the same tight curve as in the film, and everything else lined up nicely but for the missing sycamore. Could that be a section of it in the water? I couldn't verify it from the little that remains. Sorry, Much.
