Since apparently there is no time nor desire by anybody to post a new question, here's a very easy one: with whom is Errol “flirting” here?
I leave the question open until Saturday and won't comment on any guesses, so everybody has got a chance. Good luck!

If it is so easy as you say it must be Romy Schneider at the Biennale!

This is uncanny after all these years of guessing who my real father was! My mother was at the Biennale in '53. There is an enormous resemblance with the person on the photo who he is flirting with! I was conceived in 1953, honest! So, I was one of the chosen few to be one of Errol's secret offspring after all. Well, there you have it. Now I understand I am so much like him in real life! I have to run to my bodega and open a bottle of Spanish red wine now to get over the pleasant shock!

I confess I knew this for many years even before you found the blog and now the secret is out… I can rest easy I kept my word!

You are so much like him?

Even though I said I did not want to comment, I feel I have to here because of the emotional turmoil in which you are. Unfortunately, Errol was NOT at the BERLINALE in 1953, so he cannot be your father. I sincerely hope that this restores the world for you, Jan.

In this case, perhaps fortunately?!

No, because I do now remember that when I was a teenager, (my hey-days when the girls were swarming around me at school!) my mother confessed something about this tall, dark and handsome man from Hollywood she met at this Film Festival. She was telling me something of course without going into detail. Now, finally the truth is out and Robert is RIGHT, I think I am unfortunate in a way or perhaps in more than one way! Because now I need to dress “incognito” whenever I go out so that the papparazzi don't detect me!

Robert, sorry, I mixed up fortunate with unfortunate, that is the trouble with good vintage wine, it lingers on hours after gulping the stuff.
But in any case, the damage is done now and I have to live with this fact. Yes, I am so much like him. I was already like him before I even got to know him from the literature written about my “dad”, which I stumbled upon since 1985. I think I was a “rebel” already in the making when I was a handsome foetus!
Talking about that, when people ask me what birth sign I am, I tell them it is “Pyrex” because I was always under the impression that I was a test tube child. A womb with a view so to speak!
I was a notorious student at school, more interested in the females than doing homework. If I had my Errol moustache even then, you can imagine how many love affairs I could have had! It simply means carrying on the well known reputation of my maker!

so Tina was right again and she would be posting the next quiz question then. Unless somebody else wants to join us? It's getting a bit boring and you must be thinking we're exchanging the questions secretly – but Tina really is such a genius, as you have noticed before.
This is the fourth photo of Errol and Romy Schneider, I think there only exist four, the three I posted some time ago plus this one. Hope you enjoy, and it'd be great if the millions of readers out there became a little more active…

Soon, I won't know what to believe. (I assure you, no offense intended to anyone.)

Dear Patti;
I am so glad I made you laugh – I feel I am eating lemons lately!
Thanks for asking – the kitchen is dragging – will tell you all about it when I have time to check back in!
All the very best to you,
Tina

As always there is funny and then there is funny!
Could you be so kind and post the next quiz question?

Sure no problem about next weeks quiz question. How about we give Robert a chance. I have a feeling he'd has a couple of tough ones stashed away. If Robert declines I will post.
So Robert, What say you?

Yes, Robert? What can I do for you?
Can't write that much right now, already “three sheets to the wind” so the English expression goes! Had to finish that bottle from last night. Doctor's orders! He tells me I should drink a glass of red wine every day, the problem is that I have 8 doctors, so that means to me I should drink 8 glasses a day. Why the hell not??

Robert, you're losing a unique chance of promotion. You could ask a question people can only answer when they read you book. Then you promise the one who answers it first a return of the money. I think you need some help in promotion strategies. I'm sure there are some people around who can help you.
